WATCH JPM. Last Kiss Goodbye?

I believe perhaps the most important chart going into next week is JPM.

Why is JPM so important? Because as massive as the Fed intervention is, in my opinion, on its own, it probably won’t be enough unless it can encourage the banking system to expand too. As will be shown below, JPM’s statements are clear that for now they don’t want to play.

Intervention has been remarkable.

However, it is not getting where it is needed.

I believe that the Fed alone would most likely only generate inflation, as Daniel Lacalle describes below.
