The gap between best practice and conventional financial wisdom is life changing. Save time and money with guidance informed by proven financial strategies and more than 40 years of professional experience.
Over three sessions, Chris Belchamber helps you review your current arrangement, understand why it’s built the way it is, and decide whether you need anything different.
Each session is $50, and your assessment is yours to keep, whether or not you choose to continue.
An assessment
Get immediate feedback on your current financial situation and the most important adjustments to consider.
Advice, with the why
Chris shows the path to optimal wealth management. That means transparency and immediate accountability, all with your informed consent.
Criteria you can use
A clear process gives you precise metrics to measure the value of the advice you receive. Those objective measures put you fully in charge.
Most people are shown the result, never the method.
A statement tells you what your accounts are worth. It does not tell you anything about the full investment process, or the extent to which you are optimally compounding your long term purchasing power for lifetime prosperity. What you need is clarity about the long term investment journey you are on, and the real time assessments that immediately, precisely, and objectively defines your progress. Only then can you be sure you have the appropriate alignment with your advisor, and be fully and productively in charge of your own financial situation.
Low drawdowns
A drawdown is a fall from a peak. A 50 percent fall needs a 100 percent gain just to get back to where you started, so keeping the falls small matters more than chasing the rises.
Compounding over years, not returns over months
A strong year says little about the next twenty. What builds wealth is steady growth that is never set back far.
A method you can see and verify
You should be able to read why your accounts hold what they hold and check that the method is being followed.
Three sessions with Chris, in order.
Each session builds on the one before. You and Chris decide together whether the next one is worth having.
Listening
Chris learns how your finances are arranged today and what matters to you. You both form a first impression, and Chris works out where to look more closely.
You leave with
A clear picture of what session 2 will cover and why
Financial Advice
This session looks at the arrangement itself: how your investments are managed and where tax and estate planning fit. Chris shows what he would adjust, why, and what each change would involve.
You leave with
Advice and the reasoning behind every part of it, and the exact steps you need to take for optimal wealth management
People Advice
This session looks at the people and firms you already work with. Chris helps you decide whether you need a third party at all and, if you do, how to tell whether they act in your best interest.
You leave with
Due-diligence criteria: one overseer rather than several silos, and objective measures to ensure professionals act in your best interest
If the right answer is to stay where you are, that is the answer you get, written up in full with what to fix and why. Nothing is moved during the audit, and nothing has to be.
Every part of your finances, overseen by one advisor.
Wealth management is more than investments. Tax, retirement income, estate planning and insurance all shape the same result, and a decision in one changes the others.
When each sits with a different person, nobody sees the whole. One adviser who oversees all of it, follows optimal processes, and works in your best interest is what makes the pieces work together.
The audit looks at each of these, and at who is responsible for them.
